New Year’s Eve Centennial Ball

In 1917, the Lithuanian National Association opened its doors at 315 Clinton Street.

100 years later, the Tri-Cities Opera Center continues onward as a haven of arts and culture in the Southern Tier.

We’ll transform our historic building and Savoca Hibbitt Hall into a ballroom befitting the grandest of celebrations.

• Spinach and Cheese Börek:
  • Spinach and goat cheese in a flaky filo crust
• Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
• Bacon-Wrapped Fresh Scallops

Salad

A bed of baby spinach topped with apples, walnuts and crumbled goat cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette.  Accompanied by assorted freshly-baked, artisanal rolls and butter.

Choice of Entree:

Each entrée is accompanied by Grilled Asparagus and Kėdainių blynai (traditional Lithuanian Potato Pancake).

• 8oz Filet Mignon:
  • Center cut, tender and cooked to order.
• Chicken Suzann:
  • Chicken breast rolled in bacon and smothered in a tangy Lithuanian sour-cream sauce.
• Stuffed Sole:
  • A filet of Sole stuffed with scallops, crabmeat and seasoned breadcrumbs.
• Stuffed Pipirai:
  • Vegetarian stuffed pepper filled with rice, black beans, spinach and cheese in a red sauce.

Dessert:

Assorted freshly baked cookies and cake.

We bring in DJ Barb Fox and you dance the night away as she plays your favorite tunes.  Barb adds personality and flair to an already exciting evening!
