The relationships between lovers are often difficult, fractured, or comedic in opera. All of which are prevalent in TCO’s upcoming season.

 

Military Conflict

TCO Board President Michael Bogdasarian gives us an inside look to Military Conflict and how it coincides with Opera. While Glory Denied is set around the Vietnam War, military conflict is no stranger to opera, and is often illuminated through social norms and interactions.

 

Sneak Peak: Jack and the Beanstalk

Lights, Camera….Wait! get a special first time look at the rehearsal process for this year’s Opera-Go-Round production of Jack and the Beanstalk. Join the Resident Artists and the creator/arranger of the OGR production in rehearsal over your lunch hour.
