Application Process

Thank you for considering Tri-Cities Opera’s Resident Artist Training Program.

The first step of the application process is to send us a completed audition application form. Tri-Cities Opera will be using a YAP Tracker application for the 2015-16 Resident Artist Training Program Application.

You do not need to be a paying subscriber to YAP Tracker to use the application form, although you will need a free account. Registration can be completed at http://www.yaptracker.com.

Each application is carefully reviewed upon receipt. Materials may be reviewed a second time as the pool of applicants is narrowed down to a pool of suitable auditionees. Auditions are held 1-2 times per year in Binghamton, NY and also in New York City in the beginning of December (See Application for Specific Dates).

Only complete applications with supporting materials will be processed. Materials received after the deadline will be accepted at the discretion of Tri-Cities Opera.

We appreciate the time and consideration you have given to our Resident Artists Training Program and look forward to reviewing your materials.

Master of Music in Opera Program

Singers interested in pursuing a Master of Music in Opera degree at Binghamton University should not complete the Resident Artist Training Program Audition Application. Instead, please find the MM in Opera application online at the Binghamton University Graduate School website.
