How Does it work?

The silent auction will  open at 6:30pm on Friday, April 29. All guests at our silent auction are welcome to peruse auction items while enjoying beverages from the Forum Bar. To bid, one must fill out a very short and simple registration form and receive a bidding number.

Bidding will close promptly at 7:25pm and begin again at the end of Act 1 during intermission. Final bids must be placed 5 minutes before the beginning of Act II.  While you enjoy the rest of the show, Tri-Cities Opera will condense  and organize the winning bids.  After the performance bidders are encouraged to report back to the recital hall to see if they have won.  Upon notification, winning bidders may report one of the paying stations and complete their purchase.  Any items, other than gift certificates, vouchers and giftcards will be held in the recital room until the end of the show.

How Do I Sign Up?

Registration is easy!

Register in Advance:

Download the Bidder Registration Form and submit it to rozzoni@tricitiesopera.org by Thursday, April 21st.  You will receive a bidding number via email and can go straight to bidding upon your arrival at the Forum.

Register at SWEENEY TODD:

Bring the Bidder Registration Form with you and register at the registration table in the Forum Recital Room upon arrival.  We will also have extra registration forms there.

How can I pay for my Auction Items?

Tri-Cities Opera will have several payment stations set up to whisk you through a quick and convenient payment process.  LOOK for the signs around the recital room and LISTEN for instructions as the auction proctor guides you to your freshly purchased items.

Cash, checks and all major credit cards will be accepted.
