Richard Leech, “perhaps the most exciting tenor of his generation” (Cincinnati Enquirer), will return to his hometown to help us reveal our upcoming season.
This extraordinary event features a delectable gourmet tapas menu with each course themed around the productions in our coming season. You’ll hear selections from each opera, have the chance to bid on extravagant and luxurious silent auction items, and revel in an evening of opera-themed fun.

The TCO Alumni is currently at Michigan Opera Theatre where he is the Director of Resident Artist Programs. He is also on the voice faculty of Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts. Mr. Leech began his career at TCO and gave credit to founders Carmen Savoca and Peyton Hibbitt as his only teachers. Mr. Leech “is one of the most celebrated lyric tenors of his generation. For over thirty years he has interpreted many of the most demanding and well-known roles of the Italian, French, and German repertoire both on disc and on the stages of the world’s leading opera houses and symphonies” (www.richardleech.com).
